The 6th graders at WMS have been fortunate enough to participate in outdoor school again this year.
They have had so much fun this week and learned about a variety of topics on and off campus.
Monday: The students made stoves and learned knot tieing.
Tuesday: The group went to Harris Park and learned about different animal tracking from Fish and Wild Life, they attended an Orienteering station and heard from Walla Walla Fish Hatchery.
Wednesday: They went back to Harris Park and learned a lot about the study of weather, first aid, cooking in a dutch oven, and photography.
Thursday: They went to ABC camp. Pictures to follow.
Friday: They will be going on a large hike!
