WMS Announcements 1/9/23: Today's lunch is Bean and Cheese Burrito's and Rice. Don't forget to bring in your cans for our Food Drive! 5th grade is currently in the lead but we are a long way from our total goal! If we continue to find gum on school surfaces then we will no longer be able to allow gum during the school day. Please help remind each other so you can keep this privilege.Â

The class that brings in the most cans will receive a pizza party. Our school-wide goal is to reach 1,000 cans. WMS Announcements 1/3/23: Happy New Year Everyone!! We will be hosting a canned food drive in January to help replenish our local communities' food pantries. The food drive will run from January 3rd-January 31st. Please bring in canned goods and non-perishable items. This will be a class competition. Each classroom will have a box for its cans. The winning class will receive a pizza party. Our school-wide goal is to reach 1,000 cans. Let's chase away those winter blues and give back to our community.

There will be an open gym for girls' basketball today 12/16/22 from 5 pm- 7 pm and then again on 12/20/22 from 3 pm -5 pm. Joke of the day: What is it called when a snowman has a temper tantrum? ... A meltdown. Don't forget, we have school on Monday and Tuesday and then we're off to Christmas Vacation! Monday's dress-up theme is Ugly Christmas Sweater.

WMS Announcements 12/2/22: Today's lunch is chicken tenders and JoJos. Calling all creative and artistic students: the TigerScot Treasure Trunk is looking for a sign. We need a sign with some sort of picture or symbol that advertises the TigerScot Treasure Trunk. Your drawing needs to be on white computer paper and have 'TigerScot Treasure Trunk' and your design on it. These will be due by December 13th and they will be judged by the teachers and staff. The winner will have their design blown up into a sign that will be used for the TigerScot Treasure Trunk. There is a boys basketball game in Stanfield this Saturday starting at 9 am.
