Welcome to Mrs. Moore's Art Classes at Weston Middle School, where creativity is in full bloom! Our students have been busy this spring, painting watercolor bookmarks just in time for Mother's Day. Our ceramic tile projects just got fired in the kiln and we're sharing the results.
Take a stroll down our hallway and you'll see a dazzling display of Foil Repousse and "jeweled bugs" artwork, with pastels and markers adding pops of color. And don't miss the wire sculpture figures created during a visit from artist Emily from The Studio Pendleton.
We're so proud of the hard work and dedication our students put into their art, and we can't wait to see what they create next. Thank you for supporting our art program at Weston Middle School!

WMS Announcements 4/27/23: Today's lunch is spaghetti with meat sauce and green beans. Attention 8th-grade girls: There are a couple of opportunities coming up for you to start training for high school sports! First will be open gym times for volleyball from 6-7:30 pm on 4/27, 5/4, and 5/18. The other is for a basketball training camp that will take place on June 3rd and 4th. Both of these opportunities will be great ways to interact with the high schoolers in a relaxed fun environment! If you are interested in the basketball camp, please sign up at the office. 8th-Grade Boys, There will be basketball open gym time on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-7:00 pm. Let's get better, together!

Check your grades to make sure you can join in on the fun! There is an away 6th/7th/8th-grade track meet tomorrow and a home youth track meet tomorrow. Middle Schoolers, don't forget to wear your polo and jeans tomorrow so you can participate! Good luck to all athletes!
